After a long year of little to no sleep and persistent migraines, I have finally reached a professional, knowledgeable & caring doctor and staff. Finally, the VA did something right by sending me here. They know their trade and are in the process of finding solutions that fit my issues. Although transitions can be difficult, I am blessed to have their expertise & help.

Been going here for about six years. One of the best pain management supports in my long chronic pain battle. Couldn't live without the oral appliances or the knowledgeable staff. Rachel, Karen, and Dr. Willey are definitely good at what they do. And the new guy, Zack, got my appliance so clean it was like a second delivery. Always recommend Koala.

I have been a patient here since 2018 and our children have also been patients. Dr. Willey is one of kind. His treatment is life changing for those struggling with TMJ and, most importantly, he cares for you as a person. Very thankful that his staff follows his lead!

Very nice doctor and staff. However, since it is a dentist office, my medical insurance would not cover the appliance ( I think Medicare may cover). At my initial consult I was told I was a perfect candidate since my apnea was relatively mild and the doctor did a thorough exam of my neck/bite/etc. Although a large expense (no inf on cost till after consult), I decided to invest the close to $5k so I could get off of the CPAP. Unfortunately, after months of adjustments and multiple sleep tests, the appliance did not work for me since I have "positional sleep apnea" ( per Dr. Wiley after finding out appliance did not fix apnea and using a wedge pillow did more for my sleep apnea than appliance ). He said he had another patient the same week with the same problem, so I am not the only one the appliance will not work for. I had to go back to the CPAP and now have a very expensive piece of plastic in my drawer. No money back guarantees, so I would caution on trying if not covered by insurance. I believe the doctor did all he could and acted in good faith, but be aware you are taking a very expensive risk.

Have one of their expensive tmj mouth pieces for the last 3 years and have had nothing but problems. When I complain it's not actually getting all the way better, I'm told to wear it more often. Which I have and still in pain. I feel like I put a $4000 band aid on my jaw. In response to your response: he doesn't care enough about me to even remember me. He has to reread my chart every time. Then repeats the same thing over and over. He's done everything he can so it must be my fault. Wants me to see a physical therapist because he's done "everything he can" but still insists I come back for adjustments. Took my money, treated me badly, and never fixed the problem they promised they would.
